What if I am unsatisfied or received the wrong product?
 
 Wheels, parts, materials, etc. as processed or sold by us, shall be presumed to be accepted as satisfactory by you if we are not notified of damages, shortages or other discrepancies, within 5 working days of your receipt of the same.

 For rejected wheels, parts, damages, shortages, or other discrepancies that qualify within the 5 day time period listed above please contact your sales representative in writing with your concerns. Upon receiving such request, we will respond in writing back to you, with options to resolve such problem.

 Further processing, assembly, or installation of rejected parts by you or any party other than California Chrome Wheel Inc shall constitute a waiver of any liability on our part. The only exception to this is written confirmation by your California Chrome Wheel Inc representative on California Chrome Wheel Inc letter head.
How do I return my product?
 
Returns of chrome wheels or accessories for credit are permitted only with the following conditions (See below):

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired from your sales contact.
• Wheels / Accessories must be returned using original packaging including protective rings and methods. Please ensure that the original plastic bags are installed on wheels to protect the surface from the cardboard packaging.
• Wheels / Accessories must include a copy of the original invoice.
• Wheels / Accessories will be fully inspected once recieved at California Chrome Wheel Inc.
• All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Returned shipment must be sent freight pre-paid, customers responsibility.

Refund will NOT be issued if any of the following conditions exist:

• Return merchandise that does not have an RMA number.
• Wheels / Accessories that have been and show evidence of installation to a vehicle.
• Wheels that have been and show evidence of tire mounting.
• Wheels / Accessories that have been improperly re-packaged ( such as plastic bags not re-installed on wheels / accessories ).
• Wheels / Accessories have been damaged during shipping.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inventory and photograph such merchandise. Upon inspection, if returned product is deemed re-sellable, in new condition, a refund will be issued. Refunds take aproximately 5-7 days to process from receipt at California Chrome Wheel Inc. and will be issued less any freight charges.
