What if I am unsatisfied or received the wrong product?Wheels, parts, materials, etc. as processed or sold by us, shall be presumed to be accepted as satisfactory by you if we are not notified of damages, shortages or other discrepancies, in writing within 5 working days of your receipt of the same. If we are not notified during this time period and customer attempts to rectify, alter or change the part on their own without consulting California Chrome Wheel first, no responsibility or consequential damages are assumed by California Chrome Wheel. For rejected wheels, parts, damages, shortages, or other discrepancies that qualify within the 5 day time period listed above please contact your sales representative via email with your concerns. Upon receiving such request, we will respond in writing back to you, with options to resolve such problem. Further processing, altering, assembly, or installation of rejected parts by you or any party other than California Chrome Wheel Inc. shall constitute a waiver of any liability on our part. How do I return my product?These are California Chrome Wheel Inc. (“CalChrome”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from CalChrome. Returns of chrome wheels or accessories for credit are permitted only with the following conditions (See below):
Refund will NOT be issued if any of the following conditions exist:
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inventory and photograph such merchandise. Upon inspection, if returned product is deemed re-sellable, in new condition, a store credit will be issued and must be used toward the purchase of any of our services or products, less any freight charges applied. Credits take approximately 5-7 days to process from receipt at California Chrome Wheel Inc. What if I have purchased a special or custom order and I do not want it?Custom Orders or Specialty Job Orders by definition are any request by the customer that is not currently in stock on our shelves. This includes but is not limited to the processing of any parts, including those owned by CalChrome, or the customer, rechroming, repairs, custom finishes, black chrome, black pearl, fusion coat, custom paint, custom built multi-piece wheels, any wheel and tire packages which have been requested by the customer, etc. Since you have selected to purchase a custom order / specialty job order, California Chrome Wheel Inc. has provided the highest quality custom feature possible. Photos on our website are deemed acceptable as finish choices. If there was uncertainty in the selection of finish, color, etc. that was not defined by pictures on our website, then upon customer request, as so stated in our CalChrome Custom section, a sample of the specialty order finish was available to be sent to customer to be verified and approved. Purchase of such sample was required. As per our CalChrome Custom section production was not be started until your full payment was received. All sales are final and no credit or refund is possible once products have been shipped. If for any reason a custom order cancellation is requested prior to completion, California Chrome at its sole discretion may refund a percentage of the purchase price depending on the completion status of the custom order, and the ability to re-sell the partially completed product to another customer. Example 1: if custom paint is requested on a set of original equipment one piece wheels, and the wheels have been stripped and prepped but paint color has not yet been applied to the part, approximately 50% of the work has been completed. Since these wheels are possible to be reused for another custom order, a refund of 50% is possible. Example 2: If an order of custom build wheels had been machined for a particular vehicle, no refund will be granted due to the fact the order may be excusive and not available to be resold to fit another vehicle. Special orders such as aftermarket upgrades and custom packages cannot be returned for any credit or refund due to their fitment or incorrect application issues.
