1.) Thank you for your order! We are confident you will be extremely happy with your purchase from California Chrome Wheel Inc. We depend on thorough research and decades of hands on experience to ensure perfect fitment for your vehicle. However, due to the variety of upgrade packages on standard vehicles, specs are constantly changing. Therefore, it is always recommended that the wheels be dry fitted on the vehicle to ensure proper fitment, prior to installation. If there are any issues with fitment, our technicians are standing by to help your installers and can be reached 5 days a week at 661-294-0170.

2.) Wheels, parts, materials and finishes, etc. processed or sold by California Chrome Wheel Inc. and associates, shall be presumed to be accepted as satisfactory condition by you unless we are notified of damages, shortages or other discrepancies, etc. in writing within 5 business days of your receipt of the same. If we are not notified within 5 business days and customer attempts to rectify, alter, change or install and use the parts on their own without consulting California Chrome Wheel Inc. first, no responsibility or consequential damages are assumed by California Chrome Wheel Inc. or it's affiliates.

3.) If you are not completely satisfied you may return the unused items, within 5 business days of receipt. Credit will be issued less shipping costs and restocking fees if applicable. Used items including wheels, tires and or parts that have been mounted or installed are not refundable. Wheel and Tire packages purchased already assembled by us may be test fitted to vehicle. However, wheels and tires that show evidence of being driven on are not refundable. Ultimately, fitment is your responsibility. If there is any issue with the wheels, finish or fitment, please do not mount or install them. Call us right away at 661-294-0170. Remember, You Mount Them, You Own Them. All items must be returned in original packaging. If items are improperly packaged resulting in damage during return transit, the wheels are not refundable. All items must be returned in brand new, salable condition, in it's original packaging. Feel free to call us if you need help packaging the wheels and we will talk you through the process so the items returned will be in the same condition as you received them. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable.

4.) All merchandise returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Certain accessories are not refundable.

5.) Returned items will not be accepted without prior authorization. If you wish to return an item, you must call your sales representative at 661-294-0170 to obtain a return merchandise authorization code. Items sent back without a proper RMA code will be refused.

6.) If for any reason our wheels do not fit your vehicle as stated, we will offer a new set in exchange when possible, as long as the wheels are returned in the original packaging, unused and un-mounted.

7.) If the wheels that you have received are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we may initiate the damage claim paper work. You must not install the damaged part, and you must retain the original packaging for inspection by the shipper.

8.) I have read the care and maintenance section of the website and understand its contents.

9.) I have read the warranty section of the website and understand the warranty coverage and statement of policy.

10.) Chrome Exchange Customers: I have read the chrome exchange section of the website and understand that OE silver cores returned for credit, unless by prior written agreement, must be like for like, not previously chromed and not damaged. Some minor damage may be acceptable and repair charges shall be deducted from the core refund.

11.) Wheel cores returned for refund that are not received by CalChrome within 15 days of shipment may have added Credit card and/or PayPal charges such as interest, value fees and/or other fees that depending on your credit provider, after a period of time set forth by said credit provider, are no longer refundable.
