At CalChrome we recognise that chrome wheels are not appropriate for every application. Many customers requested a deep and highly reflective luxury finish, which was not chrome, or black chrome. Whether youre going for a complete black out, or adding a sporty touch to your vehicle, Fusion Coating may be exactly what you're looking for.

Fusion Coat is a proprietary glossy finish that is closely related to powder-coating. Our durable formulation also has the added protection of a clear powdercoat top layer. The final product is a solid color with a glossy-smooth surface with a much more durable finish.

Processing time is slightly longer than chrome plating and takes approximately 10-12 working days. Price does not include the processing of accessories such as center caps.

For those who wish to have your center caps processed to match the fusion coat on your wheels, the price starts at $25 per cap.

For multi-piece wheels and welded two piece wheels please call for a quote. We can give you a more accurate quote depending on which service best suits your needs.

Payment is required prior to any work being performed. Payment for chrome work is accepted via Personal / Company check, PayPal, or Money Order. You may send payment along with the wheels attached to the Customer Instruction Sheet. This will help expedite processing time. If you are unsure of the work to be performed, we can upon receiving your wheels, send you an estimate once we have determined what work needs to be performed.
